My son received this one as his 2nd b'day gift from my parents...and he simply loves it..!! It was very easy to assemble. He is still not able to paddle the whole round but can do it half way... He simply loves pushing it around when he's not sitting on it. Its easier to paddle on wodden floor rather than carpet. It would be fun to play with it outside but that'll have to wait for a fair few months now..!! It does occupy considerable space in the house and its frustrating for him when he cannot turn it around in the narrow passageway... But all in all its a good one. The trailor comes off easily.. so most of the times he detaches it...So we don't connect it most of the times.

My son got this from my parents for christmas last year...(first problem)He loved it of course and wanted to ride it right away...we took it outside and it wouldnt drive in the yard!! we live in the country and thought it would be great to take around the land picking up leaves, being a boy but unless you are on the street(concrete) it doenst run well he was very frustrated with it...(2nd problem) after only having it for like four months the wiring that connects the battery to the connector pulled off..slid out of its holder on the battery end...called to see if they could replace it but they said I'd have to buy a whole new battery!!!! at 68.00 a pop!!!!no thank you....(3rd problem)i brought the trailer part to it and it takes a super stong person to hook it and unhook it from the tractor it gets stuck and has to be positioned just right in order to take it off or put it on..a child cannot do it by themself....needless to say it's been in our garage unused for awhile now..a waste of money... i wouldnt suggest buying this at all...

Purchasing my grandson's John Deere farm tractor from Amazon was painless, quick, and convenient. The only challenges I had was in the timing of receiving this toy via the mail. I ordered in plenty of time to get it by the required date then was told it wouldn't arrive until 2 days after that date when I checked on it's progress. You also said it would ship in two boxes and it all came in one box. It did arrive one day before we needed to gift it to our grandson and was already put together for us. Our grandson is a really happy camper with his little pedal tractor, we scored and we thank you.

great tractor . only one problem the hitch to the wagon on back would be very easy to lose

It is 27 degrees outside and I can't get my Grandson off of it to come in and warn up.I just love it ,got a great price for the tractor,fast shipping. I could not believe how easy it was to put together.I am tickled pink . Judy Schauman

Fairly easy to put together. The installation of the pedal hardware was the only portion that required two people. My son loves it.

The prepunched holes were not clear of plastic. A drill had to be used to clear the pastic so that assembly could be completed. The steering column assembly was the most difficult. Several hours were needed to complete the assembly of the tractor. A very determined grandfather would not give up! Quality control needs great improvement. The completed product is a delight to our grandchild and especially to his paternal grandmom and great-grandmom. His paternal great-granddad was a farmer.

I read the reviews on this product AFTER I purchased the product as a gift for my nephew. My sister was too polite to complain, but this product is a pricey plastic piece of junk! Too ridgid to provide opportunities for improved gross motor development. I'm very disappointed. Should have gone with the Peg Perego version of this product.

I am missing a part and the number on the instuctions is 319 875-5959,dial that number and it says it is not in service any help would be appreciated.had to rate them all a 1 until we can use it!

i ordered this on line for one of my 4 year old twin sons. it is a piece of junk! i ordered for my other twin the john deere loader - it is made by a different company and is so much better. i just returned this item and ordered another loader. this toy has only 1 wheel drive, the front wheels spin and the steering is hard and inconsistent. my son was so anxiously awaiting this toy and was so disappointed especially when he saw how great the loader worked. if you are looking for a tractor, i really recommend the john deere loader by peg perego for the same price.

Please be aware that this trailer is NOT compatible with the PLASTIC ride-on tractors (even though it shows a plastic tractor as the "recommended buy-together" item). This is a metal trailer and the hole is way too small for the trailer hitch on the back of plastic tractor!!!! I hope I will be able to exchange ours now.

I was trying to fing the trailer that goes to my son's John Deere Sit-n-Scoot tractor. This one is definitly NOT IT. This thing was a waste of money. It is not even from John Deere.

Unfortunately I ordered this trailer to go with the Peg Perego Tractor w/ Loader, which really was from Santa. When we opened it and put everything together, we were disappointed to learn that the two were entirely incompatible. We would have settled for adjusting it with our own make-shift nuts and bolts, but it was obvious that the system would not work as the trailer would bottom out and would not turn. Also a bit odd, it does not come with any attachment pieces, but they would not have made the difference. I'm sure that this little trailer could work for other tractors, but it will be difficult to gage from an online store. We returned and ordered a different brand, but the description is misleading and it does not work with "any" John Deere pedal tractor :(
